This is the first phase of the construction process and includes the time you spend with your Pool Zone Planner to discuss the type and size of pool you want.
In this phase, you will sign a SPASA contract.
It's in this phase that you start to see your planning turn into reality!
There are usually two separate site inspections prior to the start of the excavation. This is where we fine tune the planning and determine the final details including heights, location and access.
Excavation + Placement
One of our Excavation Teams will prepare the area your pool will go into using one of their different sized excavators.
Removing the soil from the site may involve using a bobcat with a truck or truck only. This is where the actual action begins and it can be a messy process!
A crane will place the pool into the prepared excavated site either directly or via a smaller crane. This will depend on your specific project.
Our highly experienced swimming pool installers will set about plumbing your swimming pool.
The pool will be connected to the equipment via a very involved pipe network and will be filled with water.
Stabilised material will be used to backfill the pool and the concrete structural beam will be prepared and poured around your pool.
Two handovers will occur once the pool is complete. The first occurs after our installers have finished their work. They will show you the basics to allow you to swim in your pool as soon as they are done.
The second is the Final Handover where we will make sure you are comfortable operating your swimming pool really well, before we then educate you about water balance and managing your pool.
